Thousands of customers reported difficulties accessing Apple services and store Monday
Several Apple Inc services including Apple Music, the iCloud storage service, Apple TV and the Apple store were down for thousands of users on Monday, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com.
The company’s system status page showed 11 ongoing outages including podcasts, music and arcade. It said Apple was investigating the issue and services may be slow or unavailable.
